Contact form. We collect your name, email, company name, project type, budget and message only to reply to your request and send you a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Retention: 3 years from our last contact. This data is only used by Nordvent Studio. Our host Netlify receives form submissions on our behalf and may process data outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Business prospecting. We may email professionals at their business address to present services related to their activity. These details come from public sources (company websites, business directories). Legal basis: legitimate interest. Every message lets you opt out of further emails: simply reply "STOP". Data is kept for up to 3 years after the last contact.
Your rights. You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@nordventstudio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
